Why can't I make a reservation? Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we are not accepting any new reservations at this time. Please check later as this is subject to change. Are your parks open? All parks are open to day-use at this time however, we are not accepting any new reservations. All reservations at Cachuma Lake and Jalama Beach through May 16, 2020 will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. When will I get my refund? Our staff is working diligently to ensure that all cancelled reservations are processed and given full refunds. We are working closely with our credit card processor however, due to the vey high volume, refunds may take up to 4 to 6 weeks. Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) Update In an effort to help slow down the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Cachuma Lake and Jalama Beach will be closed to overnight camping with arrival dates through May 18, 2020. All reservations will be automatically cancelled and full refunds will be issued. Please be patient as our staff processes the large number of cancellations.
